To ease emotional suffering and discomfort that is the result of change and loss associated with serious medical conditions, life threatening illness, death and dying. Psychology services include clinical treatment, assessment, education, and consultation.Our Environment
Transitions Professional Center is located in the LEED certified Ardea tower in the South Waterfront. Offices are constructed using modern green building practices, designed and built by Siteworks Design | Build. Salvaged wood materials and Yolo Paints create warmth and narrative in our space. Energy efficiencies in lighting and HVAC are supported by the Oregon Energy Trust.Announcements
As of February 2020, we are no longer providing neuropsychological assessment services. We will continue to provide psychotherapy, education/training, and research. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Unfortunately we will not be holding our annual palliative care conference in 2020. We hope to bring it back in 2021 and will update as that time gets closer. We appreciate those who have supported our clinic throughout the years.
